I left Canada for summer vacation, and my acc is set to auto-pay. My you kindly help me pause my account and save my number? I’ve Ben using that acc for more than 3 years, it’s really important for me, it connected to all my other accounts in Canada. Thank you!

There are never long distance charges for calling a toll-free number. No long distance charges is the defintition of toll-free. Callling the number will either work or won't.

Hi @isvivvii if you are unable to login now from the code, click Resend code and they will give you option to send to email
if no choices for that, please submit a ticket with CS agent:

HI @isvivvii you have no service outside of Canada anyway (unless you are in US and pay for the roaming)
So, make sure those code you need to receive , change to email as a backup while you are away

The problem is it needs to receive a text msg to login, but I’m outside Canada. I’m unable to log in at the first place

@isvivvii Hit resend a few times and see if you don’t get option for email code to send . If that doesn’t work try putting in the wrong code several times to hopefully get option for email

HI@isvivvii Yes, you can. Make sure you know you have 90 days to suspend or you will loss your account
Just go to My Account, Payment, then Manage Subscription and then disable "Subscribed". PM will not renew your plan at the end of this cycle. Remember when is the end of the cycle, add 90 days to it and that is the last day you need to come back and make a payment to resume the service. But don't do it on the 90th day, My Account always on and off. Try to do it couple days before

You can toggle off the subscribed setting in your account. Then on the next renewal it won't renew (assuming you don't have a balance). Now you have an important count down. You have 90 days of this grace to renew the account or you lose it all. Be sure to pay again maybe around day 85 in case of any possible trouble.
