Password lock out for 6hours

So I was locked out of my account after too many password attempts and I was told the lock out would be 3hours and so far it has been 6hours and I am still locked out? What should I do?

@Temberley - 3 hours - Where did this notify you about a 3 hour wait, I am curious about how that was communicated to you?

Talk to agent. No other way
