I have seen other threads indicating that the password reset function on the website may be broken... Could a Community Moderator assist me with manually resetting my account password asap? I have requested a password reset several times but have not received any emails after several hours. My phone service does not seem to be working and I cannot log into my account to check if my payment information is up to date.
