I paid for a 3-month 4G/60GB subscription ($102) back in the fall. I downgraded it to a month-by-month 3G/1GB subscription ($25) at the end of the 3-month period, but not before the 4G/60GB automatically renewed for another 3 months (missed the cut-off by a day or so). The system tells me that my current subscription is the 3G/1GB one (as it should), but I can't find any credit for the (now phantom) 4G/60GB one that automatically renewed. Can I expect some sort of credit at some point, or am I SOL?
PS: Same exact story for my wife, so we're currently out a couple hundreds. 😞

Thank you. I followed your advice private messaged the CS agent, hoping they can help in some way. Thanks for clarifying the process for me--lesson learned. 😉

Or would my attempting to do so compound the problem and lead to further expenses and complications? Currently, the system tells me that my active subscription is the slower 3G/1GB one. Thanks again.
Once you get in touch with the CS agent, see what they are willing to do for you (if anything).

@JossRicher1 That's quite the swing in subs going from 60gb/month to 1GB/month. If 1GB will fulfill your needs, I'd stick to that plan. Looks like the current plan available to upgrade to is $39/30GB 4G so the plan you previously had is no longer available. You'd save $5 month if you went for 90 days, so $102/90GB for 3 months. If you change and choose to change it now rather than at renewal, you'll lose what you paid for the current plan.
So it's up to you if it's worth it, but be aware of the implications of making the change before you do.

When changing plans, there is a warning messaging about this very thing. When an immediate plan change is done, there are no credits are refunds given. To avoid this, the scheduled change option needs to be used. You can send a private message to CS_Agent, but there are no guarantees that a credit will be issued.
