Paid for a US talk text and data add-on and it didn't work in Alaska

Hi, I was travelling to the US for a cruise and purchased the talk text and data add on on 7/24/2022.  While the add on worked in Seattle, there was no service in Icy Point Strait, Skagway, or Juneau - the capital city in Alaska.  In Juneau specifically, there were at least 5 carriers shown that I could not connect to as I tried each of them individually.

Looking for a refund or credit to my account, or I will no longer be purchasing the roaming add on and will be going with a US SIM card directly.

@BATMANTAS   Alaska is a tricky state.   From the feedback of many Community members, looks like many cities do not have the Roaming service anymore this summer

And which city are you at now? So far, these are the cities reported that are not working:

Fairbanks, Anchorage, North Pole, Juneau, Sitka

and this one is mixed , one said it works and the other one said not: Ketchikan
