I pay 50.00 a month for my plan. This month i was a day late with money in my bank so my phone was off. i woke at like 2:30 in the morning that day and put the money in my account thinking my phone would be turned on immediately. It wasnt so i was i didnt know why. i changed my plan thinking that would help before the money was gone from account. so that day Public took money for an addon i didnt get and for my old plan from what i can see. I am out 40.00 and they didnt put it in my public account. I need to email someone at Public.

@Pryncess44 The system reactivated your original plan, but slowly. Then you changed plans immediately so the system charged you for that too. There is no credit for unused time when changing plans immediately, however the moderators may provide a credit in this situation.

You will have to message someone from the moderator team here online, maybe even get in contact with your bank if you're having some trouble getting that money back. Hope this helps.
