Please help with adding prepaid card, my account is being blocked with no way to add funds.

Customer service agent will respond on Sundays, but may be slower. They work seven days per week from 8 AM - 10 PM ET.
If you login into your self service account, you can change your PIN number under profile section.
Which prepaid credit card are you using? Have you used it before? Not all prepaid card work with PM payment system.
As mentioned , if you need service right away, you may want to purchase a payment voucher either in store (Shoppers, Shell, etc) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and load up funds to get your service going.

I cannot access 611 service since my PIN has been changed without me knowing apparently.

They say my PIN is invalid, which is wrong as it has never been changed. This also happened ladt month for my last payment. If PM keeps blocking my account every month I might as well go with telus or fizz.

if you need to add funds to resume service first, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using *611 on your phone or by calling 1855-4PUBLIC using another phone. You can quickly resume service first and deal with the login later

Try clearing your browser cache and restart your browser and then go into incognito mode to try to log in.
Also, if you dial 611 from your phone, you may be able to make a payment with it with option 1
