Paid bill but it says it didn't go threw!

I went and pressed pay now it says it didn't go threw but my credit card said it did. What do I do? I need my phone for work, someone please help me!

@Chevyshea454 - Can you try Incognito / Private Mode / On another device? Try enabling "Subscribed" in Payments > Manage Subscription or in the app at Overview > Manage Subscription > Subscription Renewal and press on "Subscribed." If it doesn't work try contacting CS_Agent for help:

hi @Chevyshea454 did you use the PM app?? if you only used browser and not app, your activation not completed. Download the app and continue the activation

if used app, them ask agent to check
