Paid Bill No Service

I paid my bill this morning though my account the bill was 45 plus tax. My bank shows that it has come out but I still dont have sevice.

@Lauralee68 if you login My Account, do you see the account showing active? If it shows On Hold, check if the money showing on Available Funds and not used for renewal 

You might want to check with PM CS agent and they can further assist

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
