Can you confirm if the cycle date showing there is correct, showing with a future date?
If it correctly showing the current cycle date ends later this month or next month, then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
If issue persists, ask PM to help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Turn your phone's Airplane mode on. Then turn off your phone for 5 minutes. Then turn the phone back on, turn off Airplane mode. This will reconnect you to the network.
