Hello,
I have activated USIM card but it is asking me for PUK password.
Seems like my old provider, Fido has locked my account and asking for the PUK password.
How can I obtain this password?

@ledfe, A PUK code is used/needed when the SIM pasword is entered incorrectly a certain number of times. If it is a Public Mobile SIM card, you can ask the moderator team for assistance with the PUK code.

Hello,
I contacted Fido, and they said it is not their issue. I would need to contact Public Mobile for PUK number.
When I use Fido sim card my phone works but when I use Public Mobile SIM card, it locks me out and asks for PUK number.

Please don't post private info in this public forum. You need to contact Fido if that is where u purchase the phone

You need to contact the old provider to recieve a free unlock code or purchase one from somewhere else
