Hello, I have activated USIM card but it is asking me for PUK password.Seems like my old provider, Fido has locked my account and asking for the PUK password.How can I obtain this password? Thank you.
Hello, I contacted Fido, and they said it is not their issue. I would need to contact Public Mobile for PUK number. When I use Fido sim card my phone works but when I use Public Mobile SIM card, it locks me out and asks for PUK number.
