My phone is now asking for a PUK code and public mobile has no customer service line which you would call for any other provider.. so I tried to login with my email and it didn’t work, and when I typed in my email to send me a verification email for confirmation I get no email. Please help

Hey it is a sim puk lock code, but I still know my pin code too.. I just can’t get to the pin code. It’s asking for a puk code now

Your account will be shown on your account under Profile.

go on tup your  Private Messenger  Preferences - My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
Turn on private messages > put check mark,


Receive email notifications for new private messages > put check mark,

 and prsee save.

@Brickman236 what is the exact erroe?  There are different PUK , is yours about SIM card PUK?

 

If it is SIM card PUK,  the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed",

open a ticket with PM Support using this direct link:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." 

call  Samsung 1-800-726-7864, The only info you will need to provide for a master unlock was the IMEI and where the phone was purchased

 

 

If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN"

You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier unlock code. (PM would not be able to help with this) 

 

 

 

The CSA's are the only ones who can help in that. You'll need to provide all the info they ask for.

My sim is puk locked

i tried to reach out to a car agent but there asking for an account #. An email address associated to the account & I don’t have that Rightnow so how can I get the puk code without that

@Brickman236   They usually reply in 2 hours or so.  

 

But giving it is late at night, they might reply tomorrow instead.  

If you don't hear anything tomorrow noon time, message them again

If your phone is unlocked then you will need a CS_Agent to get a SIM PUK.

They can be contact by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them.
Their working hours are from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.

 

They will reply back by private messaging on top of this Community so keep your eyes on the envelope icon above.

@Brickman236   what was the exact error message?  There are in fact 3 main kinds of PUK code, depends on the error , there are different ways to get the PUK code

@Brickman236 Hi what type of Puk code?did you just activate an account or bring phone from anther provider?If so you may need to contact your previous provider to ask them to unlock your phone

What is the exact message the phone is saying? Is it a Samsung phone? There are different PUK's.
