What is the exact message shown on your phone? There are a couple of different unlock codes that may be needed.

@Dana1970 Their working hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time so don't expect a response out of those hours. They've always been quite quick to answer the few times I've needed assistance but it does seem to vary. If you explain your problem here (without personal info since it's public) perhaps we can help.
Edited to add, your previous post was about a sim lock. Are you sure the phone isn't locked to another carrier? Did you buy it new?

How long does it actually take to get help from an agent on here I wonder. It's almost 24hrs since I opened a ticket I received one response after 12hrs and nothing since.

You have indicated 2 different issues.
If the phone is locked then you need to have it unlocked by the carrier you got the phone from. It is free to get unlocked.
If it is the PUK for the SIM card then you need contact a CS_Agent.
