You need the code that was attached to your SIM card when purchased or you can obtain by emailing support and tell them that you need it. It took about 24hrs for them to reply with it
How long does it actually take to get help from an agent on here I wonder. It's almost 24hrs since I opened a ticket I received one response after 12hrs and nothing since.
