My SIM has been locked and I need to enter my PUK code. However, I'm unable to login to my account because I can't received the verification code sent to my phone number as the SIM is locked. I have access to my email and can get verification codes there, but, after verifying my email, I also have to verify via my phone number, which fails.
The help articles said I need to make a community post to start the process of obtaining my PUK code. Can I get guidance on how to proceed?
