Hello public Mobile give existing customers on higher plans better deals and especially customers who have been with you for years the marketing tactic only works for certain time as each time you drop a plan other competitors such as freedom Mobile drops counter plans customers should be able to downgrade from 50 250GB plans to 35 150GB plans especially loyal customers we should not be restricted only to 40 for 100GB or 45 for 150 GB only because we are on 50 for 250GB plans your loyal customers will eventually get tired and leave the fact they are restricted this isn't a contract why treat it as so it's a prepaid service

many other carriers are offering deals right now similar to pm's 80gb for 25 dollers.
public is only offering me 10gb for 25 dollars after 10 years of loyalty.

Sometimes price is not everything. Although in my area Freedom have a lower price point but the number of cell towers are much lower compared with Telus or Rogers or Bell.
My sister-in-law is on Freedom but she lives in a dead zone. Drop calls and bad reception.
So look at the numbers of towers where you live.

I notice these special deals are pretty much the same for all providers. Instead of feeling upset, people can easily try another provider. And then when the next round of very special deals come again, and every provider will have it too, people can move back to PM here. Really no need to get upset so much
