PROBLEMS: phone number transfer from FIDO

Another problem is just rising. I transfer my number from FIDO as instructed in the PM.  I got message from FIDO and confirm YES.

However, I have two active same numbers now, PM number can not receive calls and messages. I only can call out. My Fido number is just still active. And I called FIDO service and was told the problem on PM side.  

I have to highlight that my PM number Can NOT receive call and message

after you replied yes, it could still be another hour or two before you can receive calls on your PM sim

Please reboot your phone first

you can also check with porting team to confirm the porting status

I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

@MENGDUAN2023  First try to reboot the phone and test the PM SIM card if still not working . You can call the porting support team to help fix . Will private message you the number as we not allowed to list it here
