I've been trying to pay my bill for days and getting a variety of error messages.
Most often, it tells me it cannot verify my credit card information.
I searched for this problem and tried everything this site suggests.
I have double checked that everything matches my card info exactly.
I have tried paying in multiple different browsers.
I've tried in incognito mode.
I have removed my card and then added it again.
I have tried entering my address in several different ways (with the apt number in the main address, with it in the apt number space).
None of this has helped.
My information is correct. I have the money. I need my phone back. Please help. Today.

@Moderator_Team where are you. my account is suspended. I have autopay. It has been working for months and it stops working now. I can't use any other credit cards either.

Hey thanks a ton for this very practical advice.
I got some payment vouchers and am back in service!
Will contact the moderators to try to solve the larger problem before my next bill due, but at least I've got a phone again.

@kcher090 If you are not already locked out after too many attempts...
Did you check to match the address on your credit card statement?
On PM site, you should ALWAYS leave the APT field blank. You can try address without apt OR add the apt number as a prefix.
e.g. Address = "123 MAIN ST" or "100-123 MAIN ST"

@kcher090, it is possible that your payment card was locked out due to multiple failed attempts. As suggested, you will need to contact the moderator team for assistance.

Today..perhaps not...but you can reach the moderator here for more help in your account https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of your problem. Waiting time is usually few hours to 2 days.
And did you try with 611? Or voucher buy in store or at recharge.com?
