PM 's Moderator team is the best and so much better then Bell's chat and telephone un-trained shoot from the hip overseas staff. I'm so glad I switched and ported my number to PM.
When a few days ago I purchased my PM Sim card from Walmart they tried to discourage me from leaving my Bell plan and even tried to steer me to Bell's LUKY plans, because as they explained PM has no customer support. I found this to be completely un-true because the moderator help was almost instant and all my concerns were quickly addressed.

yes. I am with pm for couple of month, they are nice and helpful.

I agree. I had an issue activating my account and moderator got it all fixed up in a few hours.

That's good to hear. I've had a similar experience the last time I contacted the moderators (which was a long time ago).
