PM keeps emailing me the welcome email.

How do I make it stop? I already activated my sim car and my phone is working. I also made an account and have logged in multiple times.

@rzamar wow that's really annoying.  I'd message the MODS, maybe they'll re-activate the account to stop the glitch.  But that is really annoying.

@computergeek541there is the password reset email, when the feature is not broken.

They are just very happy to have you on board....lol

It's my experience that other than the activation e-mail message, Public Mobile never e-mails customers anyway, so I would say to just block the e-mail address.  This may seem extreme, but it's an option that doesn't rely on someone else to fix the issue.

 

Honestly, whenever there are any changes to Public Mobile policy, customer service contact method changes, or even price changes, the notices have always been given by text message and through the Announcements forum, and NEVER by e-mail, at least from my experiences of 2 years as a customer.

That's probably a glitch in the system, you may contact the moderators and sure they'll love to fix it.
