So I have the $25.00 plan with only 1 GB of Data…have been with PM for over 5 years. Now I see they have a new $25.00 plan with 10 GB of Data….how do I go about changing my plan without losing my rewards.

login My Account and click Change Subscription. You should see some better plans there, check to see if anyone you like and use Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change

You could do that but you would lose your current phone number. If you need to keep the phone number you would need to port it out to another provider and then come back to PM as a new subscriber. You can't port a phone number between Public Mobile accounts. Bear in mind also that if you cancel/port out with PM before the renewal date you will not be refunded for the remainder of the current plan, and also if you cancel/port out you will lose any reward points/gift bonuses. If you decide to port out you need to do it while your PM account is still active otherwise your number will not transfer.

Login to your account and see if there is a $20 plan with 3gb of data and unlimited calling and texting or the $23 plan with 6gb of data.
Every members have a different plan options so check.

Any plan you pick available through your account will NOT cause losing your points, rewards, add-ons, etc.
Some plans are Not available to you (promo) so whatever you see on your account, you can pick.
Chose change plan on NEXT renewal to avoid overpaying for your service.

@Arlene21 You can only change to plans you see under "change subscription" in your account (unless you receive a specific text offer from PM). If you see it in your account then select it and choose "change on renewal" rather than "change now" to avoid losing the rest of your current plan with no refund. But where do you see the $25 with 10GB? I don't see it when I look at the Shop page for Ontario and Quebec?
