Hi,
On 20 nov, i recived an email tells me that my phone number will expire in 3 days and to avoid that i have to make a payment...
The problem is: i cant logon to libreervice.publicmobile.ca because it shows that my account was disabled..

You apparently have online access and can login here, in the PM Community. So why don't you have online access to login your PM Self-Serve?

@mecherguisoft Try calling 611. If that fails, and your account login is disabled, I suspect you passed 90 days. But do see what the moderators have to say. Let us know the result svp.
