PLS HELP RENEWING USING VOUCHERS

So frustrated!!! My plan expires in a few days. I have ALWAYS paid using vouchers....NOT DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD.  I'm picking a new plan but it won't let me unless I choose a card as method of payment.  How do I continue....I pay by voucher only.

Ignore the text message. The message might have been sent before the voucher funds were added to your Public Mobile available balance.

Your renewal will happen on July 15.  Be sure to add the vouchers to your Public Mobile account before that time.

Please use the option to pre-schedule the plan change to happen in a few days at renewal time.  A schedule plan change does not require an immediate payment.
