Hallo,

 

May I please request a PDF Invoice of my usage history, to see my Bill statement for the past 3 month period.

Depending on the details of the bill statement you are looking for. You can login to your account and click on View Payment History. Change drop-down menu from 7 days to 90 days and adjust the start of the billing date and finish of the billing date. 

I hope this helps on what you are looking for.

Otherwise, as noted by others, contact a CS_Agent for a PDF billing invoice.

@karuna_w97 Please open ticket with PM support  for a PDF invoice.  it might take them 2 or 3 weeks to prepare

 

To open ticket:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
