Hi .. my wife had 2 payments took out for January month it showed up on our visa n feb .. it was 31.91 took out 2 time posted on Feb 6.2026.. could we please get this resolved or we’re leaving public mobile and.. my wife been trying all day to get someone to call her but to no avail.. reach out to us please

There was a payment came out on January 7th for 31.91 and another 2 payment came out on Feb 6 both on the same date and there not pending there both posted for Feb 6

Could it be 1 payment on January 1 and another on January 31? Public Mobile is a 30 day cycle. Please review again.
If you are indeed correct, they will most likely credit your account as opposed to a refund so you would need to wait another month or two to leave as they don't typically do refunds and you will forfeit any credits.
Public Mobile does not have a phone number to call.

If you look on your credit card statement are both charges posted ? And not one not just pending ? If both charges have posted then you need to engage support private message to fix
