I need to be reimbursed the $28.25 that I overpaid. I can not have a credit because I need to get groceries. Please reimburse me.

Hi @Raymond-1969

you meant you used the debit card and added to My Account and paid ?

if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account, do you see extra money showing at Available Fund?  that could be the overpaid amount.

Since this post has been a full week already, and PM takes another week or even two weeks to refund , if they agree, it will be almost another payment time.  Better to leave the money there for next renewal.

But if you still want to ask for refund of that amount, please submit a ticket with CS agent:

How did you overpay? Did you top up twice? Did autopay charge your card twice? Was the payment error on your part or public mobile's? Is the extra amount appearing as a credit on your account?

Officially there are no refunds at pm however depending on the circumstances a credit or refund may be offered. Often though a refund will not be returned to your payment card for up to 30 days. But if your billing date for your payment card has not passed and you explain your circumstances and financial need to customer support you may be able to get the refund applied to your card within 3 to 5 business days. Contact customer support and leave a detailed message using the link below....

Are you seeing the overcharge on your account? Since you are not use your CC on your account then there will be no CC statement. Are you paying with vouchers? If you are then you enter the voucher number and PIN based on the amount of the voucher.

On your account, please note that first note is your subscription (nonpayment).

The second note is your Top Up (payment).
