Hi, When I activated my account, I had trouble and it did not work 3 times.
On the 4th time, it worked. However, they charged me 4 times 45,99 on my Credit card and reimbursed me only 2 times. So I ended up paying twice the amount i was supposed to.
I don't see any contact number to call, it creates an error when I tried to create an help ticket and now am creating this message, so hopefully it can be resolve.
I don't know who to call and how. Can someone help me please. Thanks

You are better off to leave the credit in your account to pay for your next renewal. If you need to contact a CSA then submit a ticket.

Do you see any available funds in your account?
If you see the available funds of $40, you could use for next month's payment
If not, you will need to contact customer service agent to get refund.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: payment problem. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help. Check your private message inbox for response. May take several hours for response.
