I got charged 2x in one month, So I got a new data plan on July 21st, but I got billed twice, both on the same day by public mobile

@Neil_Tian Did you confirm with customer service it was actually a double charge or was it a pending charge?

@Neil_Tian you see both charges on your credit card or in Payment history on My Account?

@Neil_Tian  Check credit card again is one charge pending and the other posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off . Also check  your my account for available funds for the difference . If you’re positive it’s a double charge . Please submit ticket with support for credit / refund

@Neil_Tian did you make a Change Now request on the first day of the new cycle?  If that is the case support might be able to help

 Message them and ask

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Do you see one charge in the regular section of your credit card and one sitting in your pending? If so that's normal. Nothing to worry about. That charge in the "Pending" part of your credit card will disappear. That's standard for credit cards to put things in the Pending section before the transaction has fully been processed.
