Hi!

I was attempting to add on another 10 days of U.S..talk and text roaming on Aug 25th, 2022 and it kept giving  me error messages at the payment screen saying it wasn't working. I repeated my attempts multiple  times because we were about to leave the house and I was scrambling to get it working and I ended up being charged 4 times for the one add on. And on top of that the add on doesn't even seem to have been started until today (the 27th) because looking at my adds ons it still says 10/10 days today. 

 

At   minimum I think I should be getting 3/4 of my $15.75 add on payments credited back to my account and honestly I think I should get refunded the 4th one because it didn't go through on the day I paid for it and needed it.

If you are adding the same add on, you either have to wait 24 hours after the first one is complete (not ideal if still in the US) or reach out to a CSA to manually add immediately for you, that may have been the issue. Somewhat antiquated as it would be nice if a customer can do that themselves. With that said if you reach out to a CSA they should be able to help you do the circumstances. It may be easier to leave the funds towards your next renewals but they could also process a refund for you as well.

@mkj100    You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support and ask for a refund/credit to the account which can be used towards future renewal payments.

Hi first check to see if the funds are sitting in your avaliable funds if not you can ask for a refund you will need the help of a service rep
