Please help I need to change public mobile account email. How do I do it?

Honest, those easy tasks are usually quick, but  could be because of weekend and also too late in the evening

 

I suggest you reply the message again the morning and push for an update.

How long did it take for the customer support agent to change your email? I think I answered it all the verification questions three times now and then suddenly no answer?

Hi to change your email you need the help of a service rep

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Only a public mobile customer support agent can change our emails connected to our My Accounts. So you will need to submit a ticket to do so.

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
