Iam being overcharged for the past 3 months 

I have being trying to contact them but is impossible to reach anyone

We might be able to clear some things up …

@Gloriag , have you confirmed the payment history in your online account before contacting support?  The numbers shown in the account do not include sales tax which we all have to pay unfortunately.
