Hi I’m not public mobile Custumer anymore since 10november 2022 .
they still charge from my credit card.
so they overcharged

How do you determine you are 'not PM customer anymore'?
Did you cancel your account? Removed autopay?
If you did not and did not port out your number your account is still active and charges will continue unless you:
-remove autopay
-send a note to agent to remove credit card number from your ccoount
-port out your number.

If you did not port out. And your sim still works. And you are on the old rewards program. Some one here might want to take over your account.

Create a ticket with support about removing the payment and deactivate your account

You should have removed your credit card info when you left. Go to top of this page, click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start that process.
Alternative...if you're done with PM and Telus, you can call your credit card issuer and initiate charge back.

Did you port out your number? When was your previous renewal supposed to be? How close to the end of the 30 days did you port out (if you did)?
