Hi, I joined the $20 flash promo Jan 1st and noticed I got billed $56. Where is my discount?

January 1st? As in January 1st, 2026? I don't think the promo was active on that day.

There was no $20 plan… it was minimum $40 plan with 50% off for 2 yrs

do you see any credit on your account? if they are there, it will show up as Available Funds.
if there is no credit and you are unsure if you got the discount, ask PM to check.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

@Danno88 If the over charged amount of $ sitting in your available funds in your account by any chance to be use towards next renewal , if not you need to contact support to verify the issue , you can use the orange chat icon bottom left of screen to contact support
