I upgraded my subscription and have been overcharged. How do I get my credit

Please note that any overcharge will remain in your account as credit anyway so no need to worry. It will show as Available Funds in your account to pay for your next month’s bill.

Normally it will take about 30 days to process a refund…same time as your next bill payment so not worth the trouble in asking for a refund from a CS_Agent.

did you use Change Now to make a plan change?  Change Now lets PM to start the new plan and charge you new plan price immediately, no partial refund.  If you made this Change Now request only couple days into your the cycle, maybe PM agent can help.  Check with support,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
