I noticed there is $30 USA data charge. But I didnt not sign up for that and I was just browsing the options at that time. Also did not notice that was activated until today. Please refund the money. Thank you!

Typically Public doesn't add US roaming packages to your account.  You manage your own account.  Did you mistakenly add it yourself?  

You could probably get a refund if you didn't use the add on.  It's not a one click process so it's strange that this happened unless someone else has access to your account.
