Overcharged for 200MB Add-on

Hi, I was just recently charged 3X on my credit card for a 200MB add on purchase of $10....when I check my account only shows the 1 purchase??

How do I get a refund or credit my account for the overcharge that was not purchased.

For account and payment errors, you should contact the Moderator Team via private message by clicking on the envelope button in your top righthand corner.

Log into My Account...do you see the extra funds in Available Funds ? If so, just leave it and those will be used for your next renewal.

Not really sure how that happens though. Maybe you inadvertantly clicked "buy" multiple times ?
