I usually get charged 28$x2 but I was charged 28$x2 + 16$ x2 also????

do you request any change now plan change 

Go to my account ,  payment history to confirm how many times PM. charged you, or post a screenshot so maybe we can explain 

or if you like you can check with PM support directly

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

First, log into your account and then click on this direct link. It will show you what you were charged. And if it's a wrong charge, contact a CS Agent.
