Is there a way to set up my Public Mobile account to use something other than SMS for two factor authentication? If so, how do you do it? I can't figure it out.

Hey @Booooourns
You bet there is. It's very easy to do too. Just click on this link
https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu ( it may ask you to log in first ) ...
Then, you can click on your phone number and the next screen you can click on remove. Above that is your email. Every time you have to use or need a 2FA code to access Public Mobile, you can have it sent to that email address instead of an SMS.
If that isn't something you want to do, when the screen comes up wanting to send you the 2FA code to access Public Mobile, you can click on "Didn't Get Code" and there should be two other options. Send to Email or Call me... or something to that effect.
Let me know if that's what you were thinking.

No, you can only get the 2FA code by SMS during the activation. Once the account is created/SIM activated then you can login to your account by SMS, email or call as options.
