Why is my phone number not linked with my account anymore just because I switched to a new phone

If your old phone is on eSIM. You can’t transfer the eSIM. You need to download the PM app on the new phone and login to your account and make a purchase a new eSIM.

It is much easier if your old phone is on a SIM. Just pop it out of the old phone and put it into the new phone and reboot the phone.

@Omgwow  Did you move the physical sim from the old phone to the new one?  Or are you using esim?
