Some toll free number can not be used in certain areas of Canada. What I would suggest is going into your network settings and reset your network and then reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, then use the links listed here already to contact a CS Agent to find out why calls aren't going through.

hi @hhb1960 did you call with a 1 in front? which exact number you were calling?  can you call 1-855-4PUBLIC?
