In your CC statement or on your account? Different solutions for each case.

hi @DavidLloyd overcharged or duplicated? Same date or different date? You saw it on credit card and it is not a pending charge? Did you make any plan change lately?

can you be a little more descriptive? That could mean many things, although you might not believe that.

If you were charged more than you thought you should be charged did you account for taxes?

Is it possible that the plan was changed without your knowledge if you’re not the prime user of the device? (public Mobile had an SMS campaign, where users only had to reply yes to upgrade their plans)

Is it possible the extra funds are sitting in your available funds and will be used toward the next renewal?
