I added the $20 USA plan for 10 days. I tried to use my cell this evening and a recording came on and said i had used all my minutes, told me to add more $$. I thought maybe the $20 i added this a.m. had not gone through, so i added $20 again ??? How can I find out what day I'm on with my usa, 10 day plan?? Have I over paid for my needed usa 10 day plan? How can I talk to an actual person to explan my situation?? Instead of some robot??

That message is usually recieved for a glitch common with new pm users and not at all common to be recieved by customers using US Roaming add ons and almost sounds like you are still connecting to a Canadian tower?
The issue @softech is referring to is a glitch when 2 US Roaming add ons are purchased that both have a "talk" feature. This will cause voice calls to to drop after about 2 minutes and hearing 3 loud beeps.
Since you do have Mobile data in your bundle when you have access to wifi download the textnow app and choose a Canadian phone number. You can use it to call for free on wifi or on mobile data as a back up plan if you cannot connect to the 2G network for voice calls. Your data and texts will work as normal on the 4G LTE network.
Here is more info on using pm's US Roaming add ons that you may find helpful....

Hi I assume you are in the US ? Your 10 day plan starts as soon as you purchase it

@Harmony116 the 10 day US roaming starts from the moment the purchase is completed successfully. When did you buy it?
You seems loaded fund many times, logon to My Account using Incognito mode and see if any fund you loaded sitting as Available Fund. Check Payment History page to confirm if you really bought the roaming addon multiple times. If you did , that would be the reason it does not work The same roaming addon cannot be bought and active on your account at the same time. you will need to open ticket with PM suppoer to have it fixed
If you just got it once, then next is to make sure it works. Try to manually select T-Mobile netowrk. Make sure you enabled Mobile Data Roaming on your phone
