Hi

You still charge me on 16 and 26 each month, I tried to transfer a second number but got stuck and failed,  even that you are  withdrawing each month 2 times for 2 lines , I am only having 1 number with you, please refund me with all you took from my visa account

PM , you should refund me all amounts which been withdrawal from my visa for the inactivated second line

You still charging me for 2 lines, 6477049545, and for 6474705164, 

The first one is working with you , but second one never activated through PM, you should refund the all amount been withdrawn for the second number,  I stopped subscription my visa but that will be for both numbers

Please note even if  the port got stuck and failed, the line is still active and able to use to make outgoing calls and data will work. 

After 30 days of the initial porting request, the port would expired and PM would have assigned you a new number so you can make and receive calls on that new number

Let's stop PM from taking money again from your "failed" account.  Please login using Incognito mode to the account that supposed to have the porting stuck, and go to Profile page , Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed" :

PM is a prepaid provider and I honestly don't think you can ask for money back just because the port was failed and you didn't turn off automatic payment, but you can try to message them and discuss:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
