Good day,

I'm having alit of trouble. I went to renew my plan for the month as I'm due.  I went in and made a payment and changed my plan abd it did not work. I did it again just incase it didnt go through and niw 2 paynebrs have been taken and i cant afford that as i just started a new job. I am still unable to call out or receive texts. I use my phone for work and because of all this I cannot get into work. I need this fixed asap please

@E39757- you will need to open a ticket with a PM rep, and explain what happened.  They might (probably will) be happy to reverse one of the charges.
