This morning I tried to make a call to my Doctor & kept getting cut off by the public mobile elf telling me " your call cannot be completed. You do not have access to long distance".
I tried calling home....same thing. Neither calls are long distance calls.
It is now 2:30 & I'm on a break @ work. IIt seems to working ok, but I'm wondering what the issue was & how I avoid this on the future?
Does anyone know if it is something I did or was it a PM screw up? If it's a PM thing, wouldn't it be good customer service to be extending a blanket statement to all customers apologizing & letting us know what is going on? Just saying...i know they don't have to listen to us ( conveniently) but courtesy isn't dead.

I was just about to comment on this as I knew 3 people who messaged me saying phones did not work

There was a major outage affecting many customers this morning. The problem has been resolved. @Jeremy_M, it is time to put out the news on what happened. A lot of customers need to know.
