With the major outage this morning, today is an unusual day. Expect longer than usual wait times for moderator help. Normally, they respond within one to two hours.

Do you know what their typical response time is? I sent a PM almost two hours ago -- before I created this thread.
Last year when a bug in PM's system caused my husband's plan changeover to fail and cut his service, he got a response on a thread from a moderator in 20 mins.

- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
