I just activated my SIM card and ported in a previous number from OOMA. Outgoing calls are working but not receiving incoming calls/texts. Any ides on what to do? Seems like an incomplete porting process perhaps.

this is normal. OOMA is an VoIP carrier, the port from VoIP carrier is longer, it won't be done until around 3 to 7 days. What you are experiencing is normal as the port is not done. During this time, your OOMA will still work perfectly (both inbound and outbound) but PM will only work with outbound calls and text (but data will work)
the port would be completed in around 3 to 7 days. Just reboot the phone with the PM sim card every day and text inbound calls. Only need to contact PM support if port is not done after 7 days
