Hi, I've been with public mobile for years now and changed my plan to a 3G plan which started on Aug 22 and now all outgoing and incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. I rebooted my phone, turned my network settings to 3G, swapped my SIM to my wife phone who also is using public and it still doesn't work. Do not disturb is also off and my phone call settings are correct. Checked the "SIM Setting" and it does say I am connected to public mobile and service status is in service. Data isn't working but I'm getting authorization code text messages.

Long ago, there used to be calling bug that could be fixed by having the account reset. Consider using the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket and having a CSA look into what is causing the calling issue.

Running out of ideas here. Maybe others have more. Perhaps you've already started in contacting support from the first reply.
Maybe try the suspend/resume under the lost/stolen function. Suspend, log out, log in, resume, log out, restart. It's known as a bit of nudge to the account. If you're on the old rewards system then there's a complication doing that.

When I call out it just immediately cuts, no rings. When others call me, they go straight to voicemail. I don't see any notifications of receiving any calls.

What happens when you try to call out?
People calling in just go to voicemail?
Do you see the fact that they called on your phone and missed it?

It is working, I am able to text and use data. Just calls going to voicemail.

Since you mentioned you tried your wife's SIM and it did not work, it could be issue with your phone.
Try to gently clean SIM contacts with alcohol, blow away potential dust, visually inspect (if possible) if contacts are not bent.
And how can outgoing calls go to voicemal??? Which voicemail?

@cheemas89 , is it possible that your phone is defective? You mentioned that your wife's SIM did not work on your phone. I assume that it works on her phone. Have you tried your SIM on her phone?
