Hi,
I have been using Public Mobile for years without many issues though starting Friday, I have been unable to send out text messages. I can still receive them, use data and make calls. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to proceed/who to contact. Thank you!

Thank you everybody for the replies, it was indeed as simple as restarting my phone. I was assisted by the chat bot with that advice.

@greenbarrycinco If you have access to another phone insert your sim and try sending out a text. If it works then enter the sim back into your original phone and see if it starts working again.

What type of phone are you using?
What version of the OS?
What text app?
Any recent updates on either?

I've moved your message into a seperate thread because the one that you posted in was about website issues.
Sometimes, fixing things such as this might be as simple as restarting the phone. You may want to also try a different text messaging app, especially if there has been a recent update to the one that you're using.

@greenbarrycinco, you could start by troubleshooting the phone to see if there may be something wrong with the text app. Try deleting the cache on the app and restarting it.
